24 Hour ATM Banking

Enjoy the convenience and accessibility of any one of our 23 ATM’s located throughout the territory.

  • An electronically encoded plastic card that gives consumers 24 hour access to their checking and statement savings accounts through our Automated Teller Machine (ATM) network
  • Make deposits to, withdraw funds from, or check balances of individual checking and statement savings (including Maximizer) accounts 24 hours a day at our convenient ATM locations on St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Tortola and Virgin Gorda.
  • Make payments on your FirstBank credit card, loan or mortgage; or pay utilities (WAPA, Innovative Telephone, Innovative Cable TV, AT&T Residential Long Distance, Primus, or VI Housing Authority payments) at designated ATM's.
  • Cash withdrawals available from any NYCE or ATH network ATM. There is a maximum withdrawal limit of $1,000.00 per card per 24 hour period.
  • There is no charge for replacement cards

Application Procedure:

A FirstBank ATM card can be obtained when a consumer checking account, statement savings and/or maximizer savings account is opened at any FirstBank Branch Location. Two valid forms of ID are required, along with Social Security number, completed signature cards and client information sheet. The card must be validated at a USVI or BVI branch prior to initial use. Other forms of identification might be requested.
