First Access Control Information Link (F.A.C.I.L.)
F.A.C.I.L. is an electronic service that provides direct access to your commercial accounts and allows you to actively manage your account activity. You can select specific services, print information, or save it in a file for later use. With FACIL, you have easy data handling, secure authorized access, control of business activity, and immediate access to detailed information.
Provides 24-hour access to balance and transaction data for Business Checking, Statement Savings and Maximizer Savings accounts.
Daily information provides an excellent tool to help the client with cash management, investment decisions and account reconciliation.
Allows clients to view and download data selectively, for example: by activity type, date range, etc.
Can be used to access both FirstBank and non-FirstBank accounts:
Balance Reporting Module enables clients to view their account information in detail, up to the previous business day and archives up to two statement cycles. Module has export and pass-through capabilities, and the data may be sorted as per the client’s preference. Multibank provides information on the business’ accounts at other financial institution, and may be accessed using this module.
Book Transfer Module enables clients to conduct intra-company book transfers, effective on the following business day.
Wire Transfer Module enables clients to wire funds globally, (according to OFAC restrictions) with same day effectiveness.
Automated Clearing House (ACH) Module enables clients to facilitate Direct Deposit of Payroll (DDP), EFPTS payments, cash concentration, and Pre-authorized debits. This access is subject to credit analyses.
Note: These modules can be used individually or in combination for a complete picture of the business’ cash position, and all services are available via the web.
Application Procedure:
Commercial clients must have at least one Commercial Checking or Savings account.
Customer must have a computer with access to the internet.
Clients requesting ACH access will be required to submit financial statements for the past two (2) years.
