Telebanking

FirstLine Telebanking provides consumers with account information via touch-tone telephone, 24 hours a day.

  • By dialing a local number in the USVI or BVI, clients can get up-to-date information on their individual checking and savings accounts. In the USVI, call (340) 775-8899. In the BVI, call (284) 495-8899. FirstLine Telebanking can also be accessed when off island by dialing the toll free number (866) 695-2511.
  • Access is password protected. The default password is the last four digits of the client’s Social Security number.
  • Information may be provided in English or Spanish.
  • Any account holder can have FirstLine Telebanking access to their consumer checking or savings accounts.
  • There are NO FEES for FirstLine Telebanking access services.
